I AM Me is blended with Lavender, Rose Geranium, Peppermint and Clary Sage. These essential oils are known to promote feelings of calm, relaxation, uplift your mood, help with anxiety, reduce depression and aid a restful sleep. This blend is also known to be particularly beneficial to those who are struggling with menopausal symptoms. 

The Jojoba Oil and Organic Evening Primrose Oil contain vitamins which help to moisturise and nourish the skin.
